I book the back room at some dive... I mean... PUB, order up a bunch of munchies, invite friends, family, colleagues, and
strangers who wander in to party down while I play a couple of hours of live acoustic tunes. They have fun. I have fun. And
since it's my birthday, they have to tolerate some banjo!! For my 55th I inflicted it upon the now-defunct City Bar. Again.
BTW – If you have really been paying attention, you might have noticed that the microphone in this photo is the same one I was using in just about every photo in this gallery. I finally retired it in 2008. The folks at Shure build 'em tough. |
